Life can bring its share of challenges for children, teens, and adults. We are human and sometimes need help working through the constant demands of life. Children experiencing anxiety or behavioral issues? Teens struggling with depression, peer pressure, and every day stressors? Needing help with your past traumas or every day burn out? I am here to help! I am passionate about helping others through their darkest or most anxiety ridden places and coming out of therapy with a new mind set and personal growth. You or your child will build skills to better manage the toughest seasons of life. I have a background in running my own daycare as well as working as an educational aide at a local school for two years. As a licensed professional counselor, I am passionate about working to help the youth in our communities learn coping strategies and lessen the pressures of what this world puts on our shoulders at such a young age. A successful counseling relationship comes from providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for yourself or your child. My goal is to see you end each session feeling a sense of relief.
