I have 10 years of experience providing clinical services to individuals and families ranging from age 10 to age 89. I have an active license in both Social Work and Substance Use with a certificate in trauma specific care. I received my Master's degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College specializing in Psychiatric Health. My philosophy utilizes an empathic, compassionate, and collaborative approach with a goal to help individuals identify their needs and provide practical skills that will enhance their ability to prosper; while acknowledging and fostering personal strengths. It is my priority to assist each individual in discovering what is possible within themselves with a lot of laughs and memory making along the way. I specialize in treating mood disorders, Schizophrenia , Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Stress-related disorders, Trauma focused, and personality disorders while utilizing various treatment modalities including CBT, holistic therapy, and DBT.
