Hello everyone! With 15+ years of experience treating individuals in the mental health and coaching field, and many years of life experience (yes I'm a bit on the mature side LOL), I would like to share these skills with you! Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or faith crisis (therapy)...or want to improve your quality of life with coaching, I hope to be able to help! Life is too short and valuable to not take action, and I'm confident you will find improvement. After enduring many life challenges and traumas myself, I went back to school 18 years ago to fulfill my dream of helping others. I am passionate about my work and feel my areas of expertise are in treating depression, anxiety, life coaching, and more. I love the quote, "to get something you've never had, you need to do something you've never done." We all make mistakes, some of us have experienced trauma. A large part of the population has or will deal with depression and/or anxiety at some point in their life. Many suffer in silence.
