Personal growth and transformation is a sacred journey. It’s choosing to go beyond our current level of “knowing” to rework and make space for an expanded awareness. An awareness that enables peace, joy, and a deeper anchoring in the beauty of who we really are.
The human experience is filled with difficult, unexpected, and unexplainable experiences that can sometimes leave an imprint that hangs out in our “blind spot” or subconscious as we go forward in life. After a while, certain aspects of our experience may start to feel blocked, stagnant, or like a repetitive cycle. I know how it feels to wake up feeling weighed down, limited, and confused about what’s next.
This is your higher self telling you, there’s another way. There’s more. My approach reworks stuck energy, emotions, and patterns that hide out in the subconscious realm of who we are or who “we think” we are. It’s not about deleting but rather reworking, reprogramming, and re-aligning with a more connected expression of who we are and what we desire.
