As a fellow human in progress, I believe our greatest resource is relationship and the ability to connect with one another. It is often in the messiness of relationships we’re hurt, but it is also in relationships that we find healing. Through empathy, insight, and a new perspective I work with you to challenge the thoughts and beliefs that hold you back. Integrating EMDR, parts work, and psychodynamic approaches we can begin to see a new narrative that honors the fullness of your experience and empowers you for your future.
