Hello, I'm Whitley! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & have been practicing since 2016. My specialization is Substance Use/Co-occurring conditions. My passion is empowering others to confront challenges with acceptance, increase distress tolerance, build resiliency, & watch individuals become their best versions of themselves. My approach to therapy is to improve your overall wellness - to explore who you are, assist to identify problem areas, turn negative thoughts into valuable ones, and identify alternate activities to engage in to produce better outcomes. I am part of a therapy practice called The Support Network, which has a dedicated team available to help with insurance and administrative support.
