About

At the heart of our work together is a relationship built on trust, curiosity, compassion, and hope. I’m here to listen, to explore what has shaped your experiences, and to provide a space where you can feel safe to bring whatever is on your mind. Working with a psychodynamic approach, we’ll delve into how your past experiences, cultural influences, and current relationships inform who you are today. Whether you’re navigating questions related to self-worth, grief, shame, or working through challenges in your relationships, sexuality, or career, we’ll work through them together, turning them into pathways for well-being and growth.

Life’s pivots, especially career and cultural transitions, can feel overwhelming. My journey from aviation to education, along with living in both China and the US, gives me firsthand experience in navigating new roles. As an immigrant who shifted careers, I believe in our innate ability for growth, and this guides my trust in your resilience and potential.

Acknowledging what weighs on you can be difficult, especially when sharing with someone new. In the safe, supportive space of psychotherapy, we can explore what's on your mind. My role is to help you transform your feelings and thoughts into new insights. Together, we will work through your distress and turn it into inner strength for personal growth.
