Life can be very stressful, and different things may bring someone to therapy. I provide a safe place to explore and learn, as I offer my compassion and support through your journey. I have a lot of experience with stress and/or trauma, as well as relationship issues. I tend to be gentle, compassionate, offer solutions and homework assignments, but realize deep down you have the answers, and are hard wired to heal under the right circumstances. I see primarily individuals and couples due to my schedule being strictly daytime (business hours) Individuals may be struggling with a multitude of problems (i.e. stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, infertility, parenting, relationship, and more). Couples typically deal with relationship dynamics that have gotten out of hand and need somewhere to set new rules and boundaries to change negative patterns. Please see my website. Historically, I have worked with just about every age and issue in various settings, which has given me a broader experience base. My current daytime hours exclude certain populations, but my background lends to me having a more varied experiences to help with any "non-typical" thing that may come up.
