While the old age adage asks "glass half full or half empty?" my personal mantra is "why not change the size of the container so your glass is always full!" Perhaps you are experiencing a time when you are unable to move beyond your current level of awareness and/or seeing limited growth? It is with your full potential in mind that I choose to incorporate not only "talk therapy", but also integrative depth psychological practices such as dream work into the clinical setting. View 5 Photos I am passionate about depth psychological methods because they bring previously held unconscious material into conscious awareness in order to facilitate the pursuit of wholeness and overall well-being. These methods include dream inquiry, mindfulness techniques, and somatic practices to guide individual learning during the self-development process. My primary interest is Jungian Psychology and I have a particular interest in woking with those involved in the creative Arts and licensed clinicians who are interested in personal development. I am also the co-founder of Creative Depth (www.creative-depth.com) an organization dedicated to bringing more insight, purpose, and meaning to the clinical setting.
