About

In the Wizard of Oz, Dorothy didn't know she had the way back to Kansas with her all along, but she knew she had to start somewhere. The decision to begin therapy can feel like that, sometimes requiring a lot of courage. And like Dorothy in her quest to get back home, being in therapy opens up the opportunity to find something important and precious. It can help you reclaim what's been lost, or it can guide you to something new and different. It supports you in becoming free of persistent patterns and obstacles, awakening potentials you sense are there but don't know how to tap into.

Being in practice for over 30 years, with compassion, attention, and skill, I will meet you where you are in your life and in the therapeutic process. With deep respect for your innate wisdom, I draw on traditional therapy, parts work, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing, providing guidance and support that emerges throughout our unfolding time together.

I welcome diversity in my practice, specializing in issues around self worth, trauma, anxiety and depression, relationships, addiction, gender identity, grief and loss, and transitions. Personal issues and crises often herald personal and spiritual transformation. I am grounded in western and eastern spirituality and the questions they bring to life.
