I support women in processing their trauma and negative beliefs. I am a certified EMDR therapist and am trained to offer EMDR Intensives. I am also trained in brainspotting another protocol for processing trauma. My client base is adult women. My approach is supportive, insight oriented and empowering. Women often do not acknowledge their unique challenges and assign misplaced emotions and shame to their individual journeys. My goal is to help my clients heal, find meaning and strength in their experiences so that they can fully and authentically embrace the future. View 4 Photos My experience as an educator of children and adults with learning differences, intern at grief center and behavioral hospital, social worker in a hospice and The Woman's Hospital of Texas enhance my practice. I am a mother, step mother and grandmother. I have personally experienced many of the issues my clients bring to me. This has enriched my practice and my empathic approach.
