About

Are you struggling to adjust to a life transition as your usual ways of coping don't seem to be working? Or, are you looking to heal from loss, trauma or illness, or perhaps you're caring for someone who is? Maybe, you're wishing to feel more hope, joy, or ease in your life. There are endless possibilities, huh. What are you hoping to transform as you courageously show up to change? Regardless of whatever it may be, your body's innate wisdom may be pivotal in your journey toward restoring a sense of well-being in your life. Whatever you're seeking, I'll work collaboratively with you, to access what already exists within you!

As a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, I draw upon this mind/body approach to transform the effects of trauma. Depending upon your challenges, our work may first focus on developing resources-to help you feel better. Sometimes people may feel too much (anxious), or not enough (depressed). Either way, I'll help you move toward your therapy goals.

Taking the time to find the right therapist is important. I've found most people are hoping to feel heard and understood. Maybe, something you've read here resonates. If it does, I look forward to hearing from you and talking more specifically about what you're looking for in therapy and determining how I might be of help.
