About

Limited daytime availability at this time: I'm Wendy, and I am here to support you on your journey toward healing. I have over a decade of experience in various settings including private practice, universities, and community mental health. Managing stressors these days can be difficult, and my goal is to support you through connection, reflection and growth. I am dedicated to creating a supportive therapeutic relationship built on trust, transparency, and authenticity. My approach integrates trauma informed and evidence-based practices with personalized care, curated to meet your unique needs and goals.

I graduated from the College of William and Mary with a concentration in addictions treatment. My clinical interests include the treatment of high functioning depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and binge eating disorder. I weave skills from evidence based modalities in to my clinical sessions.

I approach therapy with compassion, creativity, humility and a good dose of humor. In our sessions, I provide a non-judgmental and safe environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My goal is to help you resolve your stressors quickly and effectively which means targeting the root cause rather than just the symptoms.
