For many, this is also a time when old wounds from the past are triggered. I specialize in helping individuals and families who are struggling with anxiety, stress, procrastination and depression related to their work, family, and friendship. You want to be more productive, eat well, exercise, and get along with your family. I hope to help you work toward these goals. Together, we can process and find solutions to alleviate the stress and anxiety from work, family conflicts and procrastination. I provide therapy either via video or outdoor. I will meet with you and/or your family to evaluate the problem and discuss the best approach to treatment. I am a bilingual (Mandarin/English) psychologist and have provided therapy in both languages for 20 years in the US and Singapore.
