About

I've had extensive experience working with college and career age women, young mothers, adolescents and their parents, as well as those affected by addictions. I truly believe it is my calling to be in this field and it is my life experiences that have given me a compassion and empathy to walk alongside those who are struggling, offering direction and support by using my professional knowledge and skills.

I have been working in private practice since 2010. My clinical work addresses issues of anxiety and panic, depression, grief and loss, codependency and more. I use an eclectic approach, taking from a variety of therapeutic techniques to reach the best outcome.

I believe the ability to incorporate Faith into that experience, for those who choose, is extremely healing. Counseling is a profession of hope and can be a powerful and life-changing experience.
