About

I believe there is a healing force, a motivation towards self-repair, that's operating in each of us, despite a history of trauma or suffering. So often when we are suffering, in pain, feeling confused, or stuck, we are convinced that something outside ourselves will provide relief. The truth is, the means to achieving what you want already lives inside you. I’m here to help you trust yourself again. Through mindful exploration of your inner landscape, we’ll help you break free from the constraints of the past, recover a stable sense of self, and help you create a life that feels bigger, and more aligned with your true self.

As your therapist, I will do more than just listen. I will actively guide you through the process of transformation. I provide trauma-informed, affirming, care using evidence-based therapies, like AEDP, EMDR, IFS, and somatic-based therapies. My work leans on the science of neuroplasticity, attachment theory, and the power of our mind-body connection.

I help clients heal from interpersonal injury and sense of self issues. You will unhook from fear, doubt, loathing, anxiety, and despair, and instead tap into your deep inner strengths and resiliencies. I view unwelcomed symptoms like signposts pointing us toward the wound, and subsequently, toward healing. If you're seeking ease and peace, I'm here to help.
