If you find yourself feeling stuck or lost, disconnected or out of control, or like an outsider in your sexual or romantic relationships, I welcome you to the start of your healing journey. I am a board certified sex therapist (CST) who works with marginalized communities. Together we will work on making your relationships healthy and satisfying. I will challenge you in order to foster empowerment and confidence. You are the best expert on you. I am here to help guide and facilitate treatment for you and your relationships. I specialize in love, sexual, and relationship positivity, as well as addiction counseling, for individuals, couples, and families. I am familiar and comfortable working with military and emergency responders (law enforcement, paramedics, firefighters, etc). I use several techniques including CBT, EMDR, and a collaborative approach for deeper healing. I am working at HarmonyUs Inc along side Dr Patsy Evans. My sex therapy board certification is through the Therapist Certification Association, in Miami, Fl. If you are looking for lower cost Harmony US also has mental health interns available for a lower fee.
