LIfe is filled with challenges, whether it is emotional/mental well being, personal growth, relationships with others, or intricate family dynamics. With the right guidance and support, we can overcome difficulties, grow through the experience and come out stronger. I have worked in the field for almost 20 years with clients from multiple social and cultural background. I work with individuals, couples and families. Scope of work include couples relationship, life coaching for adults, parent/child dynamics. Specialty areas include complex relationship conflict, trauma, cultural differences, schizophrenia, psychosis I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. We will work together in a compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental environment to overcome challenges and find keys to new pathways.
