Dr. Warren T. Jackson provides comprehensive cognitive-behavioral treatment for a variety of adult concerns including cognitive difficulty, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and addictive/impulsive behavior disorders. For over 25 years, he has provided comprehensive psychological/neuropsychological testing to assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and determination of disability/readiness to return to work and/or need for reasonable accommodations. He offers specialized services for executives/professionals undergoing stressors and for advanced students in college or graduate training. He received his PhD in Clinical Psychology in 1994. He is board-certified in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP). He co-founded Baylor, Scott & White Medical Psychology Consultants in Dallas, Texas in 2015. Prior to that, he served 10 years as a professor in the UAB Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurobiology, where he directed the Psychology Section. Dr. Jackson has enjoyed a productive academic career, teaching various graduate-level classes and contributing over 30 papers, book chapters, and abstracts to the research literature; however, he is happiest in private practice. He prides himself on his accessiblity and his unhurried individualized approach to meeting the needs of each patient.
