Please note that I am only doing telehealth right now, I do not file insurance claims for clients (but can provide the information needed to do so), my current fee is $180 per session, and I am only licensed to work with Virginia residents.
As for my counseling style, I use an integrative approach, blending many different types and schools of thought, with strong roots in humanism, existentialism, and Buddhist psychology. Sessions tend to be conversational, informal, and somewhat philosophical.
In addition to individual counseling, I facilitate a weekly process group for all genders on Wednesdays.
