Current world issues have led to an increase in suffering for many. This increase in emotional pain a person may walk in with could actually be a symptom of much deeper difficulties. Working through a secure therapeutic relationship, I help toddlers, children and adults not only resolve presenting problem, but also the deeper patterns and behaviors that may have impacted their life, relationships and parenting. Identifying and changing deeper behavioral patterns start with Authenticity, Empowerment, and Safety. My specialties include and are not limited to trauma, child parent relationship difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, self harm and parenting. I work from a Psychodynamic perspective while also using Attachment Theory. I work within the dynamics of our relationship to address your hopes and goals for treatment. My focus is one of understanding and meeting you where you are, inviting you on a journey of empowerment while providing and teaching skills that may help you achieve your goals. I look forward to working as an exploratory guide grounded in developing trust, using evidenced based treatments and building foundations that enable your continued growth.
