The most important relationship in your life is with yourself. I believe you have the resources within you to achieve your goals. I offer my clients unconditional support and am committed to understanding them for who they are as unique individuals. My clients and I collaborate to foster insight and awareness about areas of concern in order to develop a plan to manage daily challenges. Discover new and healthier ways of relating to yourself/others, improve communication and assertiveness skills to achieve a greater sense of connection, intimacy in your current and future relationships leading to desired change. I believe in personalized care, I utilize a strength-based client centered approach in my practice. I'm here to offer new perspectives and help you navigate challenges in life in a conscious and mindful way. I graduated with a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy with a specialty in Equine Assisted Family Therapy (EAFT) from Nova Southeastern University. Since entering the field, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and diverse families individually as well as in groups.
