My counseling style is honest, clear, direct, compassionate and intuitive. My work with you will be spirit-based, compassionate, and wellness-oriented. I will use a strengths based, client centered, humanistic approach in our sessions. If you choose to work with me, together we will find ways to make fearless, permanent changes in your life and to make peace with issues that may have haunted you in the past. You might even decide to close down the chapter of your life where destructive and addictive habit patterns can cease and you will begin to live from your authentic self.
