These results-driven approaches are derived from holistic, traditional, and newer, evidence-based therapies, including neuroscience and mindfulness meditation. We will assess your current challenges, strengths, feelings, thoughts, and core beliefs to enhance self-understanding. Using your response to therapies as a guide, you will learn to reduce emotional intensity, validate your feelings, and establish a balanced response to stress.
