About

Welcome to our therapeutic space, where your journey takes center stage. I'm a licensed social worker with a master's degree from the NYU Silver School of Social Work, and I specialize in therapy for children, adolescents and young adults. My background includes working in school social work, emergency victim services, and providing psychiatric care for children and teens in emergency rooms. I also have training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Art Therapy, which helps me address anxiety, fears, and trauma effectively.

In our sessions, I focus on understanding your unique journey and supporting you as you work toward healing and self-discovery. Trauma-focused counseling, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing will tailor our work together to your needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself and grow.

We'll understand challenges, identify strengths, and develop coping strategies aligned with your goals. Having worked in diverse environments and speaking English and French fluently, with a strong understanding of Spanish, I am comfortable connecting with diverse individuals. Looking forward to walking beside you on this path of self-discovery and growth.
