About

UPDATE: In-person and Telehealth practice now. Many times in life, we can overcome difficult situations by learning about ourselves and how we can approach future struggles differently. However, when we exhaust our coping skills, or past events and memories become too overwhelming, we need help. I am equipped to work with clients on their specific issues, either temporary or chronic. My general approach is to address clients' wellness in the 'body, mind, and spirit dimensions to facilitate their growth and development in life.

My areas of interest are trauma, PTSD, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other trauma-related issues; anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, traumatic grief, stress, anger, low self-esteem, relational problems, underlying issues of addictions, crisis intervention, and compassion fatigue.

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) clinician with a theoretical perspective towards client's wellness through Solution Focused Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
