I see families, couples, children, adolescents, and adults. I offer a safe and empathetic environment where clients can address their difficulties and begin the process of healing. As a family therapist I navigate conversations in a way that catalyzes the strengths, wisdom, and support of the family system. I help my clients work through challenging times, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, set personal goals, and work toward desired outcomes. I am LMFT-S and AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I have Completed Level 1, 2, & 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Grief and Loss, Intimate Partner Violence, Great Start Premarital, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Co-Occurring Disorders, Resiliency. I have facilitated family, co-occurring disorders, meditation, after care, and self-care groups. My clients learn how to increase what works for them. They discover what they are doing differently in the times when the problem is not present. In about six sessions they find in themselves the resources necessary to achieve their therapeutic goals.
