About

Psychotherapy is a relationship in which client and clinician align in the hope of growth and change. I am ready to invest in people willing to invest in themselves, and I do so in a compassionate, and inclusive way. I am open to individuals, couples, and families, am sensitive to cultural and religious differential, and welcome all members of the LGBTQ community. Through our relationship, we will realize your potential, and actualize your highest self. When you are ready to connect, I will meet you where you are, and journey with your toward fulfillment.

We were not born anxious, depressed, or unmotivated. Our symptoms stem from difficulties in early family relationships, and become adult struggles with intimacy, and fear of isolation, meaninglessness, death, and writing our own narrative. Together we will strive to uncover the person beneath the struggle, and evolve you into who you've always wanted to be.

Our therapeutic relationship will be an equal partnership in which we work together toward your goals. Our relationship begins the moment you connect, and will impact you for the rest of your life.
