About

Vince has extensive experience working with teens and young adults to address a broad range of presenting concerns. Vince’s passion for the work that he does stems from his previous career as a personal trainer and competitive kickboxer, where over a decade of working with individuals to achieve fitness goals and improve athletic performance led to an appreciation for the mind-body connection and a deep respect for the influence each can have on the other. Vince aspires to bridge the gap between physical and mental wellness practices through the development of experiential forms of therapy.

While Vince’s style of counseling can be described as goal oriented, strengths-based, and solution-focused, his approach to counseling is integrative and individualized. Vince allows clients to be the “lens” through which he views their lived experience, and believes the foundation of the therapeutic alliance is trust, authenticity, and collaboration.
