About

Has motherhood bombarded you with emotions that reflect depression, anxiety, feeling trapped between crippling thoughts of uncertainty, shame, guilt, hopeless, or feeling overwhelmed with the common realities that new moms experience? Life with a new baby changes everything, and for most your days are startled by the arrival of doubt and fears that may replace the love in your heart. Societal stigma convey that mothers should conceal their alarming thoughts. I am here to tell you 'Good Mothers' have these thoughts, and that all mothers may not feel good about being mothers all the time.

These scary emotions, feelings, and anxiety provoking concerns are normal and treatable. These emotions, concerns, and feelings can range from conception to a year+ after childbirth. Mothering is hard; anxiety and depression can distort your thinking, and convince you that you are out of control, or you have lost yourself. You will not always feel this way.

My goal is to assist you with navigating through the perinatal and postpartum period by supporting you in a safe, gentle, and non-judgmental manner by determining effective treatment, and using evidence-based interventions that aligns with your desired outcome, and healing. Allow me to guide and support you, so that you feel like yourself, and whole again.
