About

Overwhelmed as a neurodivergent adult juggling family, work, and life? Are you parenting a neurodivergent child? With tailored support, I will help you navigate the complexities of daily life, honoring your neurodivergent identity, & guiding you towards equilibrium. Through evidence-based techniques, pop culture and humor integration, we will address stressors, providing practical tools for anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges. In our safe space, together we will foster positive transformation, deepening self-understanding and resilience. The goal isn't just distress and stress alleviation but empowering you to thrive.

I work with adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and the struggles of daily life. It is important to understand why our brains do what they do and in addition to skills building, I focus on education and understanding of self and diagnosis as appropriate. Once we understand the why, we work on the how of lasting change.

In a world that often feels overwhelming, I will be your partner in rediscovering balance and embracing your strengths. Together, we'll explore your abilities and opportunities, connect through pop culture and humor, and empower you to thrive in all aspects of your life. I am also available for residency supervision toward LPC licensure in Virginia.
