About

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping adults and young adults overcome issues life throws at us. Negative life experiences can lead to feelings of sadness, isolation, lack of motivation, racing thoughts, and panic attacks. In order to work through these challenges, we need to challenge our cognitive distortions, identify our triggers, and find that motivation to set and achieve goals. This isn't easy. It's a process. No matter what your problems are, they are important, so put yourself first and reach out for help. View 6 Photos

I work best with adults and young adults who are struggling with change/transitions, emotions, and motivation. I focus on goal orientated therapy and highly value holding my client's accountable. I focus on meeting my client's where they are at to provide support, and use skill building techniques in the process.

I am committed to listening to my client's in a compassionate non-judgemental manner, so we can process your experiences together. The foundations of my approach include honesty, empathy, self-care, mindfulness, identifying patterns, skill building, and exposure. My goal is to help my client's to foster growth, explore solutions and heal past wounds.
