About

Compassion, curiosity and consideration are at the center of my work. I offer an affirming, person-centered and non-judgmental space in which to collaborate with you on your pathway to growth, healing and understanding. I work with all individuals across the lifespan, however I have a particular passion for assisting adolescents and young adults to find empowerment, strengthen self-advocacy and develop self-understanding. My approach is centered in my values including creating a safe space for vulnerability, honoring your strengths and meeting you where you are in life.

Areas of passion include anxiety, OCD, ADHD, stress, healthy relationships, communication, perfectionism, academic pressure, self-esteem, emotional-development and first-generation students. I am currently working under the supervision of The Princeton Center for Mindbody Healing and have a certificate in child and adolescent well-being.

I strive to help you reach your goals by identifying how your system works and through exploring ways to offer yourself grace. We all face so much pressure in life and you deserve to be validated for exactly who you are. You are capable of doing the work and you do not need to do it alone.
