Therapy is a place where you are invited to reclaim or discover your true self. Loss and pain are fundamental human experiences that come in many forms, but they are not easy to process alone. In therapy, I can accompany you on your journey to understanding, healing, and embracing yourself in your truest form. My approach focuses on supporting you through building comfort with vulnerability and accountability. Together, we can identify what is not serving you and embrace what is. Therapy will not always feel easy, but together we can develop the tools to feel more centered and in control of your life. As your therapist, I will help you to identify your individual goals and design a plan to best suit your needs. I use various modalities in my practice based on a person’s individual preference or needs including EMDR and CBT. Please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
