Navigating life’s ups and downs can be overwhelming for anyone. It can be difficult to know where to begin to heal, move past, or simply acknowledge situations that have caused a variety of emotions or challenges for us. I utilize person-centered and cognitive behavioral approaches throughout the therapeutic process to collaborate with each client and address your individual treatment goals and needs. Over the past 4 years, I have experienced working with clients struggling with depression, bipolar, substance use, trauma, anxiety, and psychosis. I've provided individual, family, and group counseling to clients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I believe therapy should be non-judgmental and comfortable. I strive to foster an environment where you can feel open to share anything. I will guide and also challenge you when necessary to foster personal growth and independence.
