I’m so glad you’re here. My hope is to support you while you identify your goals, deepen your understanding of your values, and take your power back from problems that try to get in your way. While I integrate several relational and cognitive therapeutic modalities into my practice, my experience with Narrative Therapy significantly informs how I position myself as a therapist. Narrative Therapy was built on the belief: “The person is not the problem, the problem is the problem!” I believe it is possible to unlearn the painful, inaccurate, and problem-saturated stories you’ve internalized about yourself that are keeping you stuck. Additionally, I offer specialized care for adults affected by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD.) For example, Cognitive Processing Therapy is an evidenced-based 12 session approach that teaches you how to evaluate and change your thoughts in order to improve how you feel following traumatic events. After certification in 2025, I will also offer EMDR. While staying close to my own values of curiosity, respect and empathy, I aim to create accessible, non-pathologizing and culturally responsive spaces for my patients of all races, cultures, sexualities, genders, sizes, and abilities. Lastly, not every therapist is right for every patient. Let's connect to find out if my practice is right for you!
