About

Does it feel like you are functioning at your highest potential? If not, therapy can promote insight as to why your potential might be obstructed. I work with individuals, teens, and couples, to understand what might be getting in the way of a fulfilling life. A strong therapeutic relationship can be fundamental in healing unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviors.

I practice primarily from a psychodynamic approach and believe that understanding what is beneath the symptom is profoundly valuable in the healing process. Through developing trust, facilitating introspection, and meeting people where they are in their process, I integrate interventions based on individual needs.

Asking for help can be difficult, and as humans, we all need support. I'm here to offer you support without any judgment.
