Our daily lives can make us feel overwhelmed, stressed, frustrated, or that we are simply ‘going through the motions.’ Life can be messy, and sometimes we need a little extra support to keep going. I try to offer a space through counseling that is warm, comforting, safe, collaborative, and free of judgement. In person or online, we can work together through creating goals or navigating feelings and struggles. I provide therapy through a holistic lens, engaging in talking, learning, and sometimes with play or art. I work towards viewing the world through your perspective. I am located in-person in the Central Phoenix area. I have worked with a variety of individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, medical trauma, and life-stressors. I provide an integrative approach to meet each individual’s needs. I believe that kindness, empathy, learning, and compassion help to make sense of the world and create a better place.
