About

I know that no single therapy approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have experience in a wide range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Animal-assisted therapy, Trauma Focus Therapy, Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-based Therapy. I enjoy utilizing play and art activities along, with incorporating my therapy dog, Daisy, in therapy sessions to help children feel safe and comfortable. If your youth struggles with things like problematic behaviors, trauma, addictions, mood disorders, or relational conflict, then I would love to help.

I enjoy utilizing play and art activities along, with incorporating my therapy dog, Daisy, in therapy sessions to help children feel safe and comfortable. This has been proven successful for the children I have worked with in the past. I truly love working with children and their families.

In my time outside of work, I enjoy crafting, sewing, and spending quality time with my husband and three children. I also enjoy traveling, hiking, and reading good book.
