About

I am interested in helping individuals, couples, and families find a deeper connection and fulfillment with their interpersonal relationships and their understanding of themselves. I am currently completing a master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University, after working in higher education for over 20 years. I have a previous master’s degree from Purdue University in counseling focused on working with college students.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, including narrative therapy with a bend toward an experiential-humanistic approach. I appreciate evidence-based therapy practices including DBT, ACT, and CBT and seek to integrate these into our work together.

Thank you for reaching out, I would be honored to walk with you in your journey towards a more connected and fulfilling life.
