About

Whether you are experiencing relationship distress, life changes, or just not living the life you would like to be living, therapy can help. Creating change in your life can be exciting, scary, hopeful, and challenging. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental and collaborative client/therapist partnership in which you can begin to make changes. If your hope is to find more peace, joy, and balance in life — with greater fulfillment and connection in relationships, I can help.

I use Internal Family Systems as a modality for treatment. This is done by helping you listen to your inner wisdom that is often buried by thoughts and experiences that limit your abilities. We will explore your unhelpful patterns of navigating life and find skills and resources for change.

Taking this step can be intimidating and many people are quite nervous when they seek counseling. No one wants to feel judged. But I am here to listen, understand, and assist you on this journey that at times can be very difficult. Remember, THERE IS HOPE!
