You should know that I believe in you, I will challenge you, and we will process everything together until you realize, heal, and remember the strength you have to live the life you want for yourself. I provide a safe space for adults of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, and adapting to changes in their lives. It can be scary to reach out for help, for sure.
