I enjoy coming alongside others as they seek personal wellbeing and restored relationships. If you are seeking encouragement and guidance from a Christian worldview as you pursue health and wholeness, consider reaching out. I treat individuals, couples, and families for a variety of personal, relational, marriage, and family issues. I specialize in marriage and blended families and individuals with anxiety and depression. I offer weekly therapy as well as short term intensive therapy, coaching, and consulting. I have extensive training in Focus Marital Therapy (FMT) and have spent hundreds of hours of intensive therapy with distressed couples at Focus on the Family's Hope Restored Intensives. It is an honor and privilege to come alongside another in their unique life journey. I offer an integrative therapy approach with a family systems orientation toward healing, health, and wholeness.
