Are you looking for new ways to approach old problems? Do you want to live a more balanced life, but ineffective habits, feelings, fears, or difficult relationships are overwhelming you? Your life CAN be different. My goal is to provide a safe, caring, respectful, and compassionate environment to help you uncover the roots of emotional pain, and unlock pathways for new tools for joyous, resilient, and meaningful living. I have worked with individuals, couples and families for over 20 years. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and continue to gain a wealth of knowledge from my clients themselves. I have considerable training in adolescent and teen issues, relationship and marriage dynamics, as well as family systems work. My special interests include working with families who are influenced by alcohol or addiction, trauma and abuse disorders, improving self esteem and healthy life planning. Over many years of providing therapy, I have found it important to individualize treatment to each client using an array of cognitive behavioral and solution oriented therapies. It is beneficial to help the client find new skills and tools to apply to their situation today, but that they can carry into their future.
