My name is Vicki Foster. I have an MFT license in Ca. I have been working with individual adults, adolescents, families, and couples for over 30 yrs. I have worked in every level of mental health care and have been teaching clinical Psychology courses at the graduate level for 17 yrs., as well. I am an eclectic therapist that draws from a wide range of theories, whichever one or combination would be most helpful in the resolution of the issues at hand. I work with individual adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I have worked at all levels of treatment with clients experiencing a wide range of issues. I specialize in helping you to sort out your thinking, making sure it is working for you and not against you. I work with my clientele in a respectful, compassionate manner. Confrontations and suggestions are done supportively, with a client's best interest and goals in mind, and in a way they can hear and respond to. I believe the client is the expert on their life and maintain a role as equals.
