About

Whoever thought you could feel so alone in a world so big? While we all face similar problems, the impact can be so different. I am open to working with clients who are in need of a safe space where they can be vulnerable and transparant without judgment, and who are willing to take an active role in managing their mental health. We often struggle with knowing where or even how to begin , and I believe that sometimes it takes a neutral party to help put things into perspective. No issue is ever too minor, and although we cannot always change our circumstance, creating tools on managing our responses can make a great difference.

I have worked with individuals and families within vulnerable populations, who have faced various issues such as homelessness, addiction, and other trauma. Other common issues include transitions or changes in life, struggling with implementing boundaries, issues with self-doubt, struggling with finding purpose, grief, depression, and anxiety.

I am here to provide a safe space and a fresh perspective for individuals who are open to a person centered approach. I believe in being intentional with our therapeutic approaches in order to ensure that it is specific and unique to your individual needs. Allow me to work with you to identify some effective tools and strategies as you navigate through life.
