About

My goal is to provide you with a safe space to process difficult things but also empower you so that you leave each session feeling a little more whole than the last. Within this space your needs come first and you get to choose what you want out of your treatment. Judgment will never be placed on you and you can be your true genuine self. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and strengths based. I utilize several different modalities to best meet individuals needs but almost always incorporate some form of positive psychology and/or mindfulness to strengthen neuro-connections in the brain that influence positive thinking..

Over the last 9 years I have worked with teens, families, and adults who have experienced depression, anxiety, grief/loss, anger issues, bipolar, PTSD, thoughts/attempts of suicide, self-harm, panic attacks, existential stress, abuse, trauma, addiction, body dysmorphia, LGBTQIA+ issues, cultural shock, interpersonal conflict, life transitions and much more.

The choice to work on yourself reflects strength, not weakness because asking for help is hard and can feel overwhelming. No matter the stage that you are in on your journey, I would be glad to meet you where you are to provide you with a safe space for support, healing, and learning. Be kind to yourself and lets do this together..
