Isn't looking through all these profiles absolutely nauseating? Do you wish you could just fast forward to being connected with a therapist? One that you actually like? Who knows their stuff, but isn't pompous? One that provides a relatable, friendly approach and maybe even has a sense of humor? Well, that's me! I enjoy working with clients who are ready for change. Those who know something isn't right, but don't know what to do about it. I most enjoy helping clients struggling with family of origin issues, those navigating through loving someone with a personality disorder as well as relationship issues. My approach focuses on identifying what's holding you back from being truly happy and coming up with a plan, together, for what to do about it. Humor is an integral part of my work. Consider this: most of us don't fix our own cars or treat our own medical issues, so why try to "fix" your mental health struggles on your own? I'm not going to be salesy.
