We can find ourselves saying "yes" to tasks and events when we really should say "no." We can find ourselves overthinking our to-do lists and feeling overwhelmed, sad or anxious at the end of the day. But learning to set boundaries, communicate your needs and cope with a multitude of emotions is possible with a safe, non-judgmental space that prioritizes comfort and trust. My approach to therapy is holistic and focuses on the uniqueness of each individual, their past, present and goals for their future. My goal is to provide you with the support and tools to discover your own strength and resiliency to navigate life’s challenges. Each session is tailored to your life and meant to empower you to change your life for the better. My goal is to create a space where you feel empowered and heard to create change for your future in the way that you are most comfortable. My approach tends to focus on goal setting, setting boundaries within relationships and challenging our own self talk that might not be helpful to a situation.
