About

Let’s embark on a journey together where I’ll empower, educate, and motivate you every step of the way. Together, we'll set meaningful goals and work towards them. As a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Greek, my multicultural background enables me to approach our sessions with an open mind and deep empathy. In our therapeutic journey, we'll explore your conflicts, cultivate connections, share insight, and foster resilience, empowering you to thrive. I prioritize listening when you need to be heard and exploring solutions when you need to address challenges. Lastly, having someone safe to talk to can make a difference.

My education has provided me with a strong theoretical and clinical foundation in the practice of disability and personal adjustment counseling. I utilize a Humanistic approach with my clients to create a warm and welcoming environment. However, my therapeutic techniques vary depending on the needs of each client.

I have specialized training in areas such as psychiatric disabilities, dual diagnosis disorders, and therapeutic interventions in hope and positive psychology. My experience includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics who suffer from depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, self-harm, developmental disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar, psychosis, and PTSD.
